Primary Responsibilities :
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in recruitment, employee relations, or performance management.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with employee onboarding and training programs.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
