Primary Responsibilities :
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience in HR or related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Any internships or relevant coursework in HR practices is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with HR concepts and labor laws is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new HR tools and technologies.
Attention to Detail:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling documentation and data entry.
Teamwork:
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Adaptability:
- Flexibility to take on various tasks and learn from different HR functions.
Language:
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
