Job Description: (Remote Work)
The client need to hire Virtual Assistant for Ecommerce & Cloud support who should be experienced in IT & should be able to communicate with customers & provide them solutions too.
For technical skills we will need:
1. Troubleshooting skills. This means previous experience with software or hardware support
2. eCommerce knowledge: Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce
3. API knowledge
4. Experience with Zapier
Listed under 1. is a must. The rest are highly welcomed but not 100% required. They can learn them here but we would love to have someone who already worked with API or Zapier.
