Site Supervisor duties may include the following:
Current Location: Delhi/ NCR
ï‚· Supervising, coordinating and scheduling the daily activities of construction trades-people
ï‚· Coordinating work activities with subcontractors.
ï‚· Establishing methods to meet work schedules and coordinating work activities with other
departments/subcontractors/supervisors/managers.
ï‚· Resolving work problems and recommending measures to improve productivity and
product quality
ï‚· Ordering materials and supplies.
ï‚· Coordinating with purchase team for site material and dispatches.
ï‚· Training or arranging for the training of workers in job duties, safety procedures and
company policies.
ï‚· Ensure about the all safety instruction at the construction site as well as for the
construction worker/ Labor.
ï‚· Ensuring standards for safe working conditions are observed
ï‚· Recommending personnel actions such as hirings and promotions.
ï‚· Preparing schedules, work progress, production and other reports
ï‚· Supervising, coordinating and scheduling the activities of related apprentices, helpers and
laborers’
ï‚· Possibly managing the operations of one’s own company
Requirement:
Qualification: Any degree or diploma in civil construction
Experience: 3 to 8 years (Must be in Residential Project/Villas/ Farm Houses)
Quality: Presentable, Good Looking, Smart Working
Language Know: English, Hindi, Punjabi
