Scrum Master / Delivery Manager
Base location: Bydgoszcz

Company is seeking a Scrum Master/Delivery Manager responsible for managing, driving and supporting the Company team. Overseeing planning, build execution, QA and release of all future features on our platform.
This will include enabling best in class teams as well as managing the active services and retiring legacy software. This new role will require interaction with a diverse and talented team, driving competitive advantage and delivering major initiatives that will significantly impact our operations.

Responsibilities include:
ï‚· Implement Agile practices to development teams.
ï‚· Drive the scrum process including stand-ups and scrum ceremonies.
ï‚· Identifying and driving continuous improvement using Agile metrics and retrospective techniques.
ï‚· Managing 3 rd parties and 3 rd party delivery services.
ï‚· Communicate clearly and concisely to a wide range of stakeholders – Address audiences, broker conversations and form trusting relationships.
ï‚· Ensure the technical delivery team activities are completed according to specification and stakeholder requirements.
ï‚· In line with global standards, set and maintain a clear set of internal SLA’s, track and report local key metrics, perform service performance reviews with stakeholders.
Required Experience and Skills :
ï‚· Minimum of 4 years of demonstrable success managing the delivery of technology-based projects using Agile.
ï‚· Substantial experience in managing and leading agile teams.
ï‚· Experience of managing large-scale agile projects involving distributed teams in a multi-supplier environment.
ï‚· Evidence of developing and managing sound client-supplier relationships and good
knowledge of at least one industry vertical (e.g. Financial Services, Health or Government, Repair & Logistics).
ï‚· Broad technology experience, awareness of current technology trends and a sound understanding of contemporary software engineering practices and behaviours.
ï‚· Affable, credible and can communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, including formal presentations.
ï‚· Strong ability to make reasoned decisions under pressure taking a balanced view of client demands, Ivy commercial interests and the impact on the team.
ï‚· A degree in Computer Science and/or a business related degree; or equivalent work experience.
ï‚· Strong project management / delivery experience
ï‚· Experience with JIRA (Kanban, Scrum) and SDLC/Waterfall methodologies.
ï‚· Achieved a formal certification as a Scrum Master, Kanban Lead, Lean Six Sigma certification or similar Agile approach.
