- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in sourcing and selecting candidates for various roles.
- Proven track record of successful placements across different levels within an organization.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and clients alike.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
