Primary Responsibilities :
Educational Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree in pathology from an accredited medical school.
Licensure:
- Valid medical license to practice medicine in the respective country or region.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of post-residency experience in pathology.
- Experience in both surgical pathology and clinical pathology is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of pathology and laboratory medicine, including diagnostic techniques.
- Proficiency in interpreting laboratory results and patient data.
- Familiarity with molecular pathology techniques and immunohistochemistry.

- Ability to make informed clinical decisions based on laboratory findings.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate findings to healthcare professionals and patients.

- Experience in leading and training junior medical staff.
