This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems.
Associates communicate with customers’ primarily through mail/call/chat and utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.
Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present.
Ability to maintain composure in highly escalated situations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Chat/Incall and Email process in any BPO, e-commerce, fintech and any customer experience organization.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
Flexible with the working schedule, may be expected to work weekends, holidays, and events.
Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a multi-tasking, high-energy environment.
They will be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer service
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned.
Graduation and above (12th pass only in exceptional case).
Excellent verbal/written communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
Age should be maximum 28.
Work from office and 6 days working (roster off).
Near Tonk Road, Dev Nagar (Maximum travel distance should be 10-15 kms).
