The company is looking for dedicated and passionate Scan-to-BIM team leads having a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Scan to BIM/Pointcloud modelling - MEPF discipline in Revit. The person will be expected to work with a team of engineers and ensure the quality and efficiency metrics are met.
Team Lead - Scan to BIM (MEPF):
- This is not a site/field or remote/WFH job.
- Shift timings: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, or 3:30 pm to 12:30 am.
- Document required: Proof of experience & education, Payslips & Bank statement of the past six months, updated CV, Past employer reference, Experience/Relieving letter if available and ID proof.
- CTC: Up to 40k INR monthly plus performance/joining bonuses (which will be discussed at the final stage)
Job description:
- The person will be working in the Scan-to-BIM department, which includes a team of Architecture & MEP modellers and a QC/QA team.
- Knowledge and experience in working with Point Cloud/Laser scan data (Reverse Engineering) modelling is mandatory.
- The person will be working/collaborating on projects with clients from the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Middle East and ANZ.
- The person needs to have good experience with the BIM standards of the USA, Canada, UK, Europe and ANZ.
- The person will be expected to create excellent Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing models/drawings in Revit with minimal supervision.
- Coordination with other disciplines for delivering the work.
- Review the input received from the client, understand the scope of work, and then plan work accordingly.
- Able to create and work on Custom Revit families where applicable.
- Ability to model with a high LOD (Level of Detail).
- Knowledge of Reading and Interpreting MEPF drawings and pointcloud is essential.
- The candidate should visualise and produce a clash-free 3D model using Navisworks/Revit.
- Must adhere to the company QA/QC process and BIM strategies.
Requirement:
- Engineers with a minimum of 2 years of experience in industry-standard CAD tools and their usage to deliver global work to customers in the AEC, Surveying & Petroleum industries.
- Experience in modelling and team management to produce high-quality 3D & 2D deliverables using various tools from laser-scanned data/point-cloud data.
- Experience and knowledge of 3D & 2D Drafting standards (UK, USA, Europe, and ANZ) and quality metrics.
- The person needs to have good experience in modelling using Revit.

The interview process:
- While applying, the candidate will upload the CV and supporting documents and also answer all the questions truthfully and after careful thinking.
- An initial call with the HR department to understand the work experience and see if the employee-company fit is ideal.
- A discussion with the Hiring Manager to understand in-depth the technical skill-set and experience. This will be in parallel with a tool test in our office. On a case-to-case basis, the tool test can be arranged online for genuine reasons for being unable to come to the office.
- A final discussion with HR personnel and Management to finalise the job offer. This can be multiple rounds depending on seniority and other factors.
