Job Description

As a Roaster Specialist , you'll play an integral role in the success of our Production teams. You'll be responsible for receiving, producing and shipping to departments to ensure orders are flowing through on time and following Standard Operational Procedures. *
Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire and build the production team, working together to create a world-class production capability and capacity.
  • Fulfill in-house coffee roasting production requirements and continue to develop production strategies, programs, and processes that scale production efficiency and utilization as Hjeen Roaster continues to grow.
  • Maintain continuity of roasting profiles of various blends
  • Create and maintain activity/job logs as required
  • Set growth and performance benchmarks.
  • Meet specified production performance targets of quality, output, cost and waste reduction
  • Follow and support all Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices rules and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Confidence with production systems, equipment, and software.
  • Fast Learner and has time management skills.
  • Basic MS office skills.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic preferred.
  • A deep love for great coffee, food, and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Based in Riyadh and flexible to move.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) is a plus.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in production management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
    • Proven track record in leading production teams and managing production processes.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and equipment.
    • Proficient in using production management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).
  • Leadership Skills:

    • Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate and manage teams effectively.
    • Experience in training and developing staff to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Quality Control:

    • Knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
    • Ability to implement and maintain quality assurance protocols.
  • Problem-Solving:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify production issues and develop effective solutions.
    • Capability to optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Communication Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to upper management.
    • Ability to present information clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
  • Project Management:

    • Experience in project management techniques and methodologies.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
