We are looking for Procurement Head for Medical device Industry in Parwanoo-Himachal Pradesh.

Bachelor of Commerce is must, MCom/MBA would be preferred but not
mandatory

Technical- Inventory management, Purchase planning, Accounting,
Secondary research (projects around new vendor developments/cost
optimizations etc), International, Indian and E-commerce Logistics, Cost
optimization in Express deliveries
Behavorial- Communication skills, Analytical skills, Negotiation skills,
Vendor Management, Customer Management, Adaptibility, Well
organized, Self starter, Keen learner

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is preferred.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
    • Experience in sourcing and supplier management in relevant industries.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
    • Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
  • Leadership Skills:

    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
    • Experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
  • Analytical Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate suppliers and contracts.
    • Ability to conduct market analysis and identify procurement opportunities.
  • Communication Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and suppliers.
    • Ability to present procurement strategies and results to upper management.
  • Negotiation Skills:

    • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions with suppliers.
    • Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues effectively.
  • Attention to Detail:

    • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in procurement processes and documentation.
  • Knowledge of Regulations:

    • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to procurement and supply chain.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and logistics.
