Primary Responsibilities :
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license in Iraq or eligibility for licensure.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Experience in emergency care, critical care, or specialized nursing fields is a plus.
Clinical Skills:
- Proficient in administering medications, monitoring patient vitals, and providing patient care.
- Ability to perform various nursing procedures and techniques competently.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Patient Care:
- Strong commitment to providing compassionate and quality patient care.
- Ability to assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
Teamwork:
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and schedules.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and healthcare management systems.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.

- Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
- Capability to work long hours and stand for extended periods.
Certifications:
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
