Position Overview:
The HR and Admin Executive will be responsible for managing various human resource and administrative tasks within the organization. This role is critical for ensuring efficient HR operations and supporting the overall administration of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their queries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process and assist in developing performance improvement plans.
- Maintain records of employee performance evaluations.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employee skill development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions.
Administrative Support:
- Oversee general administrative functions, including maintaining employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software.
