Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide all comprehensive secretarial and administrative support.
- Well experienced About Accounts / Book Keeping etc.
- Handle full process of TAX Returns in UAE
- Accounts Receivables Management (Billing Documentation, Reporting, Collection Follow up)
- Accounts Payable Management (Billing Documentation, Reporting, Payment Planning)
- Handle day to day office requirements
- Coordinate projects with production & sales teams.
- Help with Document Control - monitoring, recording and filing of documents.
- Issue invoices, LPOs, quotes, track payments..
- Assist sales team with Document Control - monitoring, recording and filing of documents.
- Monitor clients payments and accounts receivables and follow up where needed.
- Maintain organized files and records.
- Coordinate projects with production; sales teams.
- Sending marketing mails; providing clients information according to their inquiries
- Answering phones professionally and routing calls as necessary.
