Job Purpose:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our company's digital marketing initiatives. This role involves overseeing a team of digital marketing specialists, developing and implementing digital strategies, and managing online advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring their productivity, development, and job satisfaction.
- Assign tasks and set clear KPIs for team members.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments for optimal results.
Website and Content Management:
- Oversee website content and user experience, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices and provides a positive user journey.
- Coordinate the creation of high-quality, engaging content across digital channels.
Paid Advertising:
- Manage online advertising budgets and ad campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Optimize ad spend to maximize ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of digital marketing initiatives.
- Generate regular reports to share insights and recommend improvements.
SEO and SEM:
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Oversee paid search campaigns, optimizing keyword selection and ad copy for optimal results.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and maintain the company's social media presence, creating engaging and shareable content.
- Monitor and respond to online customer inquiries and comments.
Budget Management:

Traffic Generation:
- Have a deep understanding of various channels for driving traffic, including but not limited to SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, and content marketing.
- Demonstrate a history of successfully increasing website traffic.
