We are a software development and digital marketing agency. Our customers are based in North America. Our SEO team is expanding, and we are looking for a full-time SEO/SEM expert to manage our customers' search engine optimization and marketing activities.

This role requires managing all SEO activities i.e. content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. This role will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Bing and Yahoo and other search engines.

Job Description :

  • 3+ Years of SEO management
  • Proven SEO and SEM experience managing
  • PPC campaigns. Experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Moz, Keyword or other platforms)
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • University Degree. Postgraduate Diploma/Certificate in Marketing preferred.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in SEO and SEM.
    • Demonstrated experience managing PPC campaigns and optimizing paid search.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
    • Proficiency in using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz).
    • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website administration.
  • Analytical Skills:

    • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
    • Experience in conducting keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Content Strategy:

    • Understanding of content marketing principles and how they integrate with SEO strategies.
    • Ability to collaborate with content creators to optimize web content for search engines.
  • PPC Management:

    • Experience with managing PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
    • Knowledge of conversion tracking and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Communication Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Project Management:

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
    • Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Staying Updated:

    • Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Certifications (optional but advantageous):

    • Relevant certifications in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, or digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics Certification, HubSpot Inbound Certification).
